Illuminating Highlighter Pen

Illuminating Highlighter Pen works to illuminate the complexion and reduce shadows and signs of fatigue for a more rested look. Infused with light-reflecting pigments, it reduces the appearance of dark circles and fine lines to awaken the skin for a visibly brighter, rejuvenated look. The creamy formula contains the Skinarctic Lumenessence complex with hydrating Arctic spring water, smoothing organic Nordic birch sap and brightening Arctic cloudberry, to hydrate, boost radiance and promote youthful, healthier-looking skin. The product is vegan.

Apply over foundation around the eyes and on both sides of the nose and blend gently using your fingertips or a brush. To create an overall radiant complexion, apply to the highest points of the cheeks, the cupid's bow, the bridge of the nose or the brow bows. For an immediate lift, apply just above your eyebrows.
