Bright Eyes Eyeshadow Primer

Bright Eyes Eyeshadow Primer creates a seamless canvas for eyeshadow and keeps eye makeup looking fresh, vibrant and just-applied all day. It smooths out the texture of the eyelid to provide the perfect base for even eyeshadow application and maximum color impact. Infused with the Skinarctic Lumenessence complex with hydrating Arctic spring water, smoothing organic Nordic birch sap and brightening Arctic cloudberry, it helps to hydrate, boost radiance and promote youthful, healthier-looking skin. The product is vegan.

Apply a small amount of the primer on the fingertips or directly onto the lid with the applicator. Smooth over the entire eyelid, blending evenly.
