Eyebrow Shaping Pencil is a two-in-one brow pencil with a pencil on one side, and a brush on the other, to perfectly shape and fill the brows. The precise pencil features a powdery matte, vegan formula that is ideal to fill and define the eyebrows and fill in sparse hair. Use the brush to shape the brows in the desired shape for fuller, natural-looking eyebrows.

Brush your brows first. Then fill out the brows to the desired shape with light, upward strokes of the pencil. Finish off by brushing the eyebrows upward again to blend in the color and to perfect the shape of your brows.
