Jar and lid are made out of plastic and are recyclable if facilities are available. Just separate jar and lid first. For full recyclability one can remove to the thin gasket inside the lid (using e.g. a fork) before placing the pieces in plastic recycling. Aluminium foil seal on the jar is metal and can be recycled if facilities are available. Outer box is made out of FSC® certified recyclable cardboard (FSC-N003275). Follow your local authority guidelines especially when recycling plastics.
